Parents are requested to inform this facility in advance or by 8:00 a.m. of scheduled day of attendance whenever possible, if a child will be absent.
Unreported absences of one calendar week will be considered a withdrawal and another child may be accepted in that space without notice or refund of fees.
Parents removing or withdrawing their child(ren) from this facility must give a 30-day advanced notice.
We must receive initial application to begin process.

Please include one (1) 4x6 Vertical Smiling Head-shot Photo for our First Friends Photo Wall.
This is a new form required for infnats enrolled in our program that have not yet had their first birthday. Please fill out and include this form with the rest of your enrollment forms.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, MAKE-UP DAYS OR TRADE DAYS
Our program utilizes the ProCare App to stay connected with parents. For more information please click here. After your child has been enrolled into our program you will receive an invitation to utilize all the many features including your child's daily activities, photos, and online payments. DO NOT ATTEMPT to download app without a formal invitation from our Director.
As a part of our ongoing practice and to be prepared in case of an emergency we are providing the following information and emergency checklist. With your help we should be able to ease concerns and eliminate potential hazards should you be unable to reach our facility.
The following checklist of items will be the responsibility of each parent to provide for their child enrolled in our program:
Please place items in large ziploc storage bags with your child's name clearly labeled. Water should also be labled but does not need to be in ziploc. Use as many large ziploc as necessary.
We will separate into storage bins and store at our facility. We will return unused items when your child graduates.
The following items are also needed if you are able to provide (these items would be considered a donation to our program and would not be returned. A charitable donation reciept will be provided using our non-profit charitable status Josiah Rich Ministries):
